Dave is an experienced trial lawyer in cases ranging from toxic tort litigation to medical and psychiatric malpractice. His practice now concentrates on representing abused elders and dependent adults.

EDUCATION

Dave obtained his law degree in 1985 from University of California, Davis, where he was a member of it's National Appellate Advocacy team.

Dave has taught the California CEB program, “Recent Developments in Civil Litigation” each January from 1997 to 2006.
